Delay on Winter Party

I guess it's not really a winter party anymore, because Club Penguin has moved the date to March instead of February, sadly. :( I hope they change their mind again to an earlier date, because I'm getting a bit agitated. I just don't understand why they're postponing everything, unless they aren't finished drawing up the new decorations, and/or deleting the bugs. :(
